Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation without charge by providing CSR with a minimum of eight-hours’ notice. This notice may be given via telephone or email to the address and/or phone number on the landing page of www.charlenesaferide.com. Any cancellation made fewer than eight (8) hours in advance of your reservation time will not qualify for a refund.

If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by CSR from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for the compliance with all local laws. Termination/Access Restriction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site and/or Services.
